As of 2022 he’s a decent college kicker. 2 more years to turn into a upper echelon college kicker but at this time he’s not that.

I still can’t get over him not being able to put it in the endzone at Kyle field after having touchbacks every kick at home. Told me a lot about him…..

Never like playing true freshman kickers.. in a good program, he redshirts last year and then we put him out there and see what he does. His brother seemed like a late bloomer so hopefully he takes same track

he's an above average college kicker at this time. if the game is left in the kicker's hands, then you've let your team down as a coaching staff. it happens in the NFL all the time.

like it has been talked about at nauseam, the more you slow the game down, the more variables you allow to dictate the outcome ie special teams & TOs

Jose was a 75% kicker for FIU.
He was 90% his senior year here.

Andy is 78% here so far.
Better than average. Better than Joey in his second year.

The hope is that he gets to his brother's year-4 level...real soon.

I think he can get better too. I feel confident with him under like minus 40 yards. 40-50 is where I kinda get nervous

He's a good kicker. We've had much much worse lol He missed from 53 with a high snap as a true sophomore. Check his brother's stats at FIU before his final year at Miami. 50/66 75%.
