Ameer Abdullah is what Duke should have been.

How anybody can be critical of Duke after the last 2 games is beyond me. He almost ran for 100 yards v. UL when he had zero, (0), nada, nil from his offensive line. FAMU? Who cares.

People are critical because they want to be. Putting out stupid criticisms make them feel like they know something and are important. Reality is Duke is just fine, and his been playing quite well given the blocking he's gotten. He did great in the FAMU game as well. I'd say a 10 yard/carry average is pretty **** good against any opponent.

Where do you think the writer got that 15 LBs from genius? He didn't weigh Duke himself. He isn't listed on the roster at 211. And they always add weight unless you're a fat guy.

Did you even read the article ballzy? Obviously not.

"Johnson told reporters last week that he is game-ready and that he has gained about 15 pounds of muscle this offseason."

So I'm guessing that because he sourced Duke Johnson himself as where he got the info from I'd say it was Duke. You daft *******.

Also, Duke's wiki page seems to back this line of thinking up.

Here also is a tweet from Poopy Pants Porter verifying yet again.

Please start with my left ********. It's the one that hangs a little lower in the sac.

Duke will be a better pro than Abdullah if they are healthy IMO.

Also Duke is averaging 6.4 per carry this year, he averaged 6.3 last year.

He already has runs of 21, 24, and 55 this year.

So if we weren't playing Nebraska this year, would this thread exist?

He isn't 211. He gained 15 lbs of muscle before taking a rep or running a drill in fall camp. He looked bigger at the spring game than he does now. He isn't 211 which is what you said because some writer did some math without any context. Like Mike Wyche ain't 335 lbs like the roster says he is.

All you have to do is find a published fact that actually backs up your unfounded assessment.

You won't though.

I wish Golden would put Duke back on kick returns so we could put an end to this explosion nonsense. If Duke lost a step why did D$ or anyone else not mention this during fall camp? He still has the explosion. Mark my words he will break a long one this week.

Poor Duke. The next Cane player to be cannibalized by UM fans.

All he's done is carry this team on his back and win several games almost on his own. He's overcome **** corching and been the ultimate Hurricane back to when he was wearing an Ibis head in HS when it wasn't popular to be a UM guy. Yet, all our fans do is find backhanded ways to criticize him. He's about 1,000,000,000th on the list of things to critique about this bullshyt program.

You mean besides every roster on the earth that says he weighs less? There isn't anywhere that says he weighs 211 besides your post and a guess by a writer.

4.5 versus a D1 team

not counting the game against FAMU. you could average 11 ypc against them

come on mane

He says himself played at 196 last season. He says himself that he gained 15 lbs in the off season.

Don't hurt yourself carrying the 1.

You can work my prostate while you are down there, just no penetration please.

My OP was more of an indictment against our corches than anything negative towards Duke himself. It's not his fault they want him to be more Earl Campbell and less Barry Sanders
