As a former sprinter his first 3 steps are tough to watch lol he’s leaving so much on the table. I see it so often with kids. They take Quick choppy steps in their start because it feels faster. Whatever he ran in this 40 he could cut significant time just by focusing on power out of his stance and aggressive arms. I’m being overly critical, I love his football tape. Someone please help this kid with his start for his 40
