What makes him qualified for that?

Let me rephrase I would like for Zo to be head of football OPS.

What I would like for his job duties to be -

- Assist recruiting
- He knows how an NFL-caliber player looks. Help make sure our players are developing into that.
- Continue to push for a stadium. He will be closer to the BOT than ever.
- Use his NFL connections to help our players find NFL positions.
- Push for upgraded facilities.

Things like that as examples.

The AD would have control over the hiring and firings. IDK if it will play out like that, but that's what I envision.
