Alabama is opening its own ridiculous Sports & Nutrition Center on campus

It’s nice and everyone has one but of course bama’s looks excellent. I believe Miami’s nutrional center has been over done within the last 5 years or so too.

There are a few incremental upgrades we can do to keep up with things like in the lockerroom lounge area.
 
Just a giant azze lunch room. What's next? Fully furnished 2000 Sq. Ft. single occupancy dorm units. Goes to show how much money these kids make for their institutions. Instead of doing something for the betterment of academic and social enhancements for all students, they build a giant cafeteria to woo kids. I get it, but I hope like **** it all comes crashing down.

This is a benefit some are getting those other perks too

It's a gross mis-allocation of state resources and also implicitly breaks NCAA rules because it provides a benefit to the football players that is not available to regular student.

A regular student ain’t waking up 5am for workouts. This is fine
 
25,000 square feet, 5 Chefs, 4 dietitians and enough seating to somehow fit 50 + HDTV's and it is NOT open to the students. I'd be kind of ****ed if I was a student at Alabama. No way there are enough athletes to keep that place busy all day long. Seems like opulence for athletes & chick fil A for everyone else.
 
Canes should add a 25,000 sq foot nightclub. Bottle service and 50 VIP booths, each booth with a pair of poles for the dancing ladies. Special section for coaches.

Beat that Bama!

I doubt kids give af about a waterslide, but this nutrition center will 100% help recruiting.
