These lawsuits happen frequently when coaches are fired anywhere. They rarely go to court because neither side wants to pay the lawyers what they would get if it went to court. The U will make an offer to settle. His lawyer will make a counter offer. Somewhere inbetween the two offers it will get settled out of court. This scenario happens every year with fired coaches.
