alright gents. here's the initial contract and the three amendments.

also attached is the complaint. it is curious that the complaint does not identify how UM breached the contract, what exact provisions it breached, what moneys it did not pay. it just says in general terms that UM breached by not paying what it owed Golden. I'll leave to the litigators why the vagueness and failure to specify.

Haven’t gone through any of this yet, but this sounds suspiciously like a fishing expedition.

Let’s throw some shlt on the wall and see if we can squeeze a million or two out of UM.

Best part is, from what I understand, Miami’s going to fight him tooth and nail.
