No doubt and that is how he was able to go up so many weight classes and be successful. He had the muscle of a super middleweight while he was at HW lmao. He used to go to war in his sparring sessions, thats how he got so punchy without getting hit that much in his actual fights. I think among real boxing fans though, he gets the respect he deserves as one of the GOAT defensive guys. Its the casuals that underrate him.

Apparently He was a pretty good football player, too, said He knocked out Deion at a football camp for trying to punk him for a bed LOL.

I had heard that before. I believe it. He is a freak athlete. And Deon stands no chance at JT in a fight so I believe that too. I also know JT doesn't play around,so if Deon ran his mouth I could see JT closing it for him real quick. Even without his boxing, you are born with the reflexes and fight instincts he had. No one in that training camp, including DTs, were going to be able to fvck with JT.
 
Opinions on Golden aside, I do like how he spoke well of the people they do have preparing whatever food and meals they eat. He stood up for them and as the old adage says, don't bite the hand that feeds you.
 
I look at Kelly and the first thing that does not enter my mind is , " Nutrition Expert".
Meanwhile Al "Stockyard" Golden is highly qualified to beef up the Domer cattle..Get those bovines ready for the football slaughter house
I bet he'll even throw in some onion rings! Speaking of onion rings; has anyone seen seen No D.

Who the **** wouldn't have done the same? UM was cheap as ****, and I sure as **** wouldn't have faulted him for going back to Penn State. ****, our current coach just ditched his squad to go back to his school. Are you kidding me?
