His defensve play calling was a joke. why the **** were the de's crashing vs maryland? made zero sense and o'brein looked like vick in the second half.

You can play man without being head up ( in wr's face). 5-7 and 2 or whatever either way. leave the S's as they were.

Shammin left Golden one of the most pathetic rosters ever fielded by a Miami team. Golden had to run off about 34823483898 shi* players and still had raw garbage to deal with. And this has NOTHING to do with all this alleged "talent". Has EVERYTHING to do with the absolute sewage culture of mediocrity, complacency, and entitlement that Shammin infused into this program. Anyone that thinks "coaching" had anything to do with our problems last year is a brain dead ***king moron.

Couldn't comprehend what? You gave a vague response telling me the depth and width of the CBs (assuming that's what you mean by 5-7 and 2) and you think that solves all the issues you have with the D. I would expect a far more in depth analysis from a former player.

if your boy had any clue what the **** he was doing or how to recruit or manage a roster......we would have had more options

but randy didnt.......and when al took over we had all of about 4 recruits committed.........so what other options did he have?

That was the problem, Captain BS. We didn't have any Ray Lewis's. In fact, we didn't have any safeties, nor corners, and we were scraping the barrel to find some TE's, LB's and Linemen.

We STILL don't have safeties worth diddly siht, some of our corners will likely enable freshmen to play, we still are running short on TE's, Linemen, but we're looking better at LB. Fortunately, we have a possibility we can field a couple good DE's this year, and our quarterback situation isn't as bad as it was last year, and we'll see if a year of coaching will improve his checkdowns.
