It will just be the ProFrom crap that didn't bring the Ducks to a Natty or a Championship so good luck with that. Think about it, Cristobal is bringing same formula to a different team. You think that is going to bring wins? If I were in charge of athletics I would demand a different trainer because in 4 years when has this combo brought Oregon " the dumpster fire" any huge success?
you're a long way away from the oregon forum pal

Best resume of any strength and conditioning coach at UM that I can remember, maybe ever.

Dude was a 4 year starter at Miss. State and has his Masters in Exercise Science. From his videos you can tell he has an articulate way to his approach. The fact that he moonlights as a motivational speaker lends credence to not just his bonefides but his ability to communicate the info to others effectively.

I'd be stoked if I had a chance to train under this guy's tutelage.
He does not have an exercise science degree. It’s “clinical exercise” despite the fact that Mississippi State does have an exercise science master’s program. What he has is a step down, or so it seems.

This is straight from the MSU web page:

The Clinical Exercise Physiology concentration provides students with the essential knowledge to work in exercise and rehabilitation programs. These programs may focus on improving the health and fitness of apparently healthy individuals or the rehabilitation of individuals suffering from injuries or chronic diseases. Students completing the Clinical Exercise Physiology concentration are primarily prepared to work as exercise specialists in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs. Other areas of preparation include programs for individuals with diabetes, orthopedic limitations, arthritis, cancer, osteoporosis, and programs for the elderly, overweight and/or obese persons. Students complete an internship and either the 18 hour rehabilitation science track or the 18 hour pre-graduate health professions track. Students in Clinical Exercise Physiology are also ideally suited to enter graduate studies in one of the health professions such as physical therapy or occupational therapy. Others choose to further their exercise science education by pursuing the master's degree.

@AlexCane - you seem knowledgeable in this stuff, perhaps you can answer my previous question. What kind of staff does a major college S & C coach have? How many people and what are their roles? Any other related info?

Can you elaborate? How many people? What are their roles?

I know that they have guys that specialize with the basketball, baseball teams for example, and other sports. Football strength has several S&C assistants, and there are several other assistants. It’s a whole group of people. There’s also like a nutrition and wellness group I’m not sure if they are under the strength and conditioning moniker though. That’s another handful of people that may be seven or eight. It’s definitely not a one guy operation. All told both groups it’s got to be like over 20 employees.
