You act as if Miami didn't just get rolled 62-24 by North Carolina two years ago, 42-17 at Clemson earlier in the year and didn't go 7-5 last year for a reason.

Pretty laughable for our fanbase to expect to waltz into College Station—year five of the Jimbo era—and stroll out with a "W".

Winnable game last night, but Miami came up short and had too many mistakes. Still a night and day difference from that 2008 game that has nothing to do with 2022. Moving on.

There is a structure Mario is building. Nothing is guaranteed in life, but his staff gives hope, a chance for a better tomorrow.

Running option with Gino on two separate series inside FSU's 5 yardline was as bad as I've seen.

People do not want to accept that A&M simply has a more talented team than us, especially on Defense. Last year, this game gets ugly.

In 2 years, a lot of these issues will be improved or non existent once we upgrade our talent level in several positions. Outside of the results, I am actually happy with a lot of what I saw, last night,
 
Wow a lot of Texas A&M overhyping going on here. Team was 8-4 last year. Saw their record before us versus G5 schools was like below 500 or something in last 8 games. Lost to App State. Jumbo is an absolute corch. Hyping them up is definitely putting on some nice orange and green shades on.

Our offense needs to improve. Our scheme should be tweaked to help the QB and WRs. We dont have the players yet to run the final product.

Anybody asking to fire Mario or Gattis this early is a fool. I haven't seen a single person post that though.

Guess we will see at the end of the year how Texas A&M end. But they struggled against Sam Houston relatively speaking and lost to App State, and honestly looked bad yesterday. I dont think they are a good team at all. Nice recruiting classes tho, sure.

Exactly. We went from clowning their mediocrity by calling them Texas 8&4 to now claiming they are such a great team and this loss is a good loss.

And you are correct. I’ve seen no one call for anyone to get fired. It’s all bull**** by the sunshine pumpers.

That Defense isn’t overhyped. They are loaded. Their offense struggling is going to wear and tear them down.

Just because one’s expectations going in were that we may lose, or that this was a rebuilding year, or that we would be an 8 win team, does not change that the Texas A&M team we played LAST NIGHT was not better than us and we should have won the game!

That’s why people are irked. We lost a winnable game doing the same things we’ve done in the past and/or feared would surface with the new HC and OC…

No one is calling for firings. Or giving up. The coaches and players did not meet the standard Mario is trying to reset and people are talking about it here.
 
Probably about 55 minutes or so of positive things about our coaching

Unfortunately the 5 minutes leftover were awful and contributed heavily to us losing the game

Running it 3 times before that with no intention of going for it on 4th down was probably the most disappointing part but this scenario was a close second for me
