Anyone else feel this is the type of pull that could really start to swing local recruiting in our favor making things right in the world (assuming we win, of course)? We'll always lose some but we have to start landing the James Williams from down here every year.

It’s definitely a good “first domino”. The results on the field will have to mimic the success on the trail or it will just be another one year blip. If we can actually manage to string together a few really good seasons, we can expect these types of players and classes to be an annual thing.

Getting JW is obviously massive as far as on the field talent is concerned. Almost as massive are the optics - the perception - the domino affects on the ‘21 class and future classes.
The “U” can get 5*’s.
Manny and the staff have done a helluva job this off season. Now they gotta take advantage of all this off the field success and convert it into wins on the field.
