Yep and I learned for a fact Gino told Rad and Rad told him to take the weekend to reconsider and he came back the next week and stuck with his decision.

Once the game started I tried to just let them play. I hate in game adjustments.

But one of the few things that made my blood boil was lead off walks after a big offensive inning. Especially one that gets you back in the game.

WTF is JD playing a shift with 2 strikes? Stonehill has been going oppo all night. Plus, the pitch was thrown outside. If that's the location you called, what are you doing?

This is just dumb in my opinion. This is not MLB. You don't have enough data on the opposition to be doing these shifts.

Yeah I mean if you have 10-15 AB’s on kids with a spray chart sure(like Acc play). But 1 game vs a northern team you have never played…I don’t get it.

All of us on this board have endured some terrible fundamental teams over the years. As bad as you can find at a once dominant program.

But this years team… appears to be the worst I can remember which is just dumb founding
