Niners were simply the tougher team mentally and physically.
And they reminded all of us that Special teams is still an important third phase of the game.
They are a scary team with lots of confidence.


Bengals found a way to win but they gave up 9 sacks so to me they are not as scary. They were fortunate that the Titans QB just was in over his head.
I think they probably get blown out by either Buffalo or KC.

Of course, the only reason they needed special teams to win is because their receivers dropped a ton of easy passes that would have made a huge difference in the game. They were by far the better team.

As a Bucs fan, I will add that defense has been overrated for a long time. Secondary is trash, and the Bucs under Bowles as DC have blown or nearly blown a number of games. Almost blew a 28-10 lead to GB in last years NFCCG, but the Packers have Rodgers.
