(He's #91 )

Trevor Trout, Chaminade College Prep School, Defensive Tackle

With Michael Thompson having already received his offer back in October, another 2018 DT to pay attention to, is the 6'4 295lbs Trevor Trout out of STL Missouri.

Big strong kid who had a good Junior year with 60 total tackles & 4sacks in just 9 games...

He's a highly rated legit 4-star DT who plays nearly most of his snaps inside (A&B gap) & obviously being that STL is Kool's old stomping ground there's no doubt this kid will get a look from the staff... Doesn't have an offer yet, but should get one sometime during his Senior season.

What I like most about his film, is that he's got a great motor, the kid is relentless in pursuit, absolutely gets after it off the line & finishes on every play.

He's not a sloppy fat 300lbs, he's got a very good frame to add more weight & muscle while maintaining his natural quickness.
(He has the physique of a grown man, if you've ever seen him)

Mizzou has the hometown lead as of now, but he's also received offers from LSU back in September, Ok St & Tenn back in October, USC back in December & Texas just offered him yesterday... Will definitely see this kid blow up with more offers later on in the year.

Whenever a black person speaks what people deem proper it doesn't need to be pointed out as well spoken

Will Michigan offer 4-star DT Trevor Trout?

St. Louis (Mo.) Chaminade DT prospect Trevor Trout won’t be standing around waiting for a Michigan offer like it will put his life in a spin cycle. The 247Sports Composite 4-star recruit has 20 other offers to look at, including ones from Arkansas, LSU, Penn State, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, UCLA and USC.

But, there’s no doubting that if the Wolverines extended an offer to Trout, he would give it a close look. Trout first spoke to me about Michigan a year ago, as I watched him take part in a camp as an underclassman. He spoke highly of the Wolverines, calling them one of his favorites to watch at the time, saying an offer them is one he has always wished for. For no certain, specific, reason … he just wanted that offer.

And now? Well, it’s nearly word-for-word the same quote from a year ago.

“(If Michigan offered), they would easily be one of top my schools,” Trout told Land of 10. “They’re easily one of the top programs right now.”

But even if a kid loves a school to death, that doesn’t mean said school will offer him.

So what gives on the offer?

It might happen. The day after the dead period ended, Michigan’s staff strolled through Chaminade High to speak with Trout — and tell him they plan to actively recruit Trout.

I’m no rocket scientist, but if a coach, during the heat of National Signing Day and right after the dead period concluded, strolled through your school offering a message like that, I’d say your chances of getting offered are pretty large.

When the evaluation period begins on April 15, might Michigan get the opportunity to check out Trout’s game and perhaps extend that offer? That wouldn’t be a surprise to anyone.

And if the offer comes, a commitment from Trout might loom later.

Keep an eye on it.....

Kool just offered him. Liberty City El your guy got the offer.

Said he has been talking to coach kool and really likes miami a lot.

"It's a really good academic school and they have one of the best d-line coaches – if not the best d-line coach – in the country. He just sends them to the league. I mean he just puts his defensive linemen in the NFL."

Wants to visit miami sometime this summer and said only a few schools are recruiting him as hard as miami.

Good news, love Trout as a prospect, I'd love to get him and Sandidge.
