Agreed. IMO, it's still a highly questionable choice to allocate the staff's time away from mingling with the HS coaches while they are sitting right in front of you.

Some valid points regarding information gathering. This is probably an area where the lack of continuity has also hurt us some. My only comment would be that establishing and maintaining open lines of communication is a two-way street, but I hear you.
