Seems like a very good add, especially since him and Kidd have games that should complement each other well. There's a lot of work to do still but with Pack returning and landing two immediate starters it's a promising start to portal season for Coach L.

Agree, but Epenesa is not a Chicago kid (unlike Lightfoot, Scott, Marshall). Edwardsville is downstate, near St. Louis. Mizzou tends to recruit that area better than anyone else

We were 7-8 over coming into Spring and various reports have talked about them wanting to add 4-5 more. So about a dozen or so guys need to go. That means we will lose some good players, guys like Parrish, not just the Redding/Balom types

Agree. The Athletic did an analysis of blue-chip QB recruits last year. Of the last 60 QBs who didn't start in their 1st 2 years, 59 transferred. Carson Beck was the only exception. Using significant NIL to stack top-QB recruits only makes sense if you have virtually unlimited resources, like...
