If all we lose Is Mikeska and Kinsler I’m totally fine with that tbh. Especially how crap we’ve played.

Fuqin Mario and Gattis trying to act like the abomination of this offense wouldn’t have an impact on recruiting

Should have done it after the FSU game…

Elevate Ponce to OC to attempt to do ANYTHING with the offense to help his old buddy audition for his new job elsewhere…. Because it’s clear that Gattis has flat given up and isn’t even trying

I was just coming here to post. My guy, who’s part of the recruitment department at UF, says they feel comfortable with Kinsler being in their class. And is no longer worried about Andy Jean leaving. Also said, they working Francis hard right now. Looks like we’ll be in the portal harddddddddder than I thought we’d be.

Franco is the key. Can’t lose that kid. Florida sucks also so no reason for kids to be jumping to go there. Surprised Francis hasn’t been looking at Tenn or maybe he is. Going to be a bumpy ride the next 5 weeks. Might as well log off and see who signs in the end.

This Rashada thing is very interesting...esp with Cribby's recent comment about how the recruitment went. Kid may be a stud...we shall see in a few years. But some of the rumors, if true lead me to believe this kid may not even be in Gainesville in 2 years if things dont go how he wants.

Huge. Kinsler is a stud. Losing 1 of of your 2 QB commits was expected let's be honest. It sucks but that's the reality of recruiting. Can't lose anymore guys.

So here's what Shodell wrote after speaking with Kinslers father. sounds like UF is working the mother hard....

“We are going to sit down later on this evening and discuss that,” dad said regarding possibly visiting Florida this weekend. “His mother has been talking to Florida about it, but it will probably be `Hey, this is not a good idea if we go there this weekend.’ I have no real intention of going.”

Dad also says that Tommy “is solid with Miami, no doubt. It’s Miami all the way.”

He says that bond is strong because “It’s just the coaching staff – coach (Alex) Mirabal, (Mario) Cristobal, everybody. It’s just genuine, you feel this is the right place. Out of all the other visits we took, they were great but you just have that better feeling with Miami.”

Tommy III says he hasn’t had a chance to chat with his son about Jaden Rashada’s decommitment yet.

And as this goes forward one thing seems clear.

“Florida is still recruiting him – they don’t go away,” dad said. “They’ve been sending people that we know to contact us to do this and that, and I know for this past week they’ve been catching her (Tommy’s mom).

“But his mind is I have this solid relationship and I don’t think anything can change it.”

Gaby also spoke only to the father. That's where he got the "visit not happening". Father said a similar thing to Canesport but qualified it by saying the family will talk later...
