Yearby's got the Gus Flu.

Young is very muscular. No way he's struggling. Plus, we stole him from UGA.

Its the truth, every recruiting year is different in terms of how much scholarships we wish to give up position numbers etc

no it's not true. stop making stuff up bc it sounds logical in your head. the only limit is on how many guys are allowed to sign. not to mention we only had two linebackers sign that year. one of which in hindsight should of been an obvious nontake to our coaching staff considering his grades.

The tell me the truth because all you say mane is im wrong and say is limits, you taking a page out of goldens way to make it seem like you know what your talking about, you are being very hypocritical

i just told you. the restrictions we had were on the amount we could sign not how many we could offer. does anyone even know the truth about how many scholarship reductions we self imposed? bc it seems to be used more of a excuse for the coaching staff not obtaining quality depth through recruiting. they never addressed what the actual number was

every year we changed how many we forfeited hence my comment that every cycle was different when you look at that class in particular it was a small class, hence being picky, no ones mentioning that skai and mat played very similarly, gotta go with the kid with more upside

lol let me know how that upside has worked out thus far. was is known of the amount of ships forfeited based loosely off of some vague sh*t coaches and our bubbling idiot of an AD said during interviews. that could of be completely made up to save face. they never disclosed what the numbers were so we have to take the word of men that have not shown to be honest. i bet you believe golden didn't really try to leave us for Penn State too.

So, according to the morons on here, we only had one scholarship to hand out in Moore's senior year? It was either him or Thomas? We couldn't have taken both of them and not taken one of the myriad of reaches and guys who washed out?

Are you guys really this simple, or do you rely on Al's buttjuice for sustenance?

Figs was also in the class

so three total LBs for a defensive set that requires mostly 4 on the field at all times? seems intelligent

You also have to put into account the other LBs on the team

which we didn't have enough depth. this is after EJ, Gabe terry, and Gionni Paul were let go.

If im not mistaken EJ was booted after

i believe he was officially booted out a few weeks after signing day but i highly doubt that's when he initially got into trouble. they already knew he was most likely out the door.

take you canesshades off and stop acting like some blind fan that has to agree with everything the school says and does. to truly believe that Moore wasn't offered sooner in the process just simply bc they only had one spot left that was reserved for a recruit that didn't show a whole lot of love for the school is simply moronic.

I talk a lot of crap about this team if you have seen my comments, thats how they handled that recruiting class they saved a spot for thomas thinking he was coming, he was telling them all this stuff even ice was telling them positive stuff, every coach has a recruiting plan and how many in each position they want, they wanted to take that amount of LBs that class and where played by this kid, they seriously thought the kid was coming on signing day when he did the seminole chop (which sickened the sh¡t out of me) the staff scrambled and offered moore at the last hour hoping he would flip, they stuck with their plan got played and got stuck with figs

P.S. Even if they only had 1 scholarship spot left and allowed themselves to get played by Matt Thomas, who didn't even want to take an official visit by the way, then it's still their fault. If you have to beg a guy to take an official visit and he grudgingly pops in for a midweek visit, then you need to read that situation better.

He told them he was coming, kid played the **** out of teams

Regardless, Moore was a take from jump street.

Back then who would you take thomas or moore? You gotta pick one, im not saying moore shouldnt be offered but when you have a local 5 star saying he is coming and you are restricted i understand the tactic, they literally didnt know until coley got there and told them whats up, even then the kid kept indications that he was coming, now would you take moore over grace?

you offer both and if both commit you push one out. it's what ever major program does.

We arent in the position to do that, we arent at the top, the local coaches would kill us, either way its a lose

Exactly. The same people saying we should have done that would be the first ones attacking the coaches for doing it when it resulted in hurt feelings and high school coaches that speak negatively about us for doing it.

even how you explained that, does that seem like a good plan to you and i'm not playing results. does it seem like a good plan to reserve a spot for someone who didn't show that much interest in the team? and ice wasn't as UM friendly that year especially after the whole kirkland fiasco. notice how we're not "reserving spots" for kids this year. most likely bc they are finally learning their lesson after many recruiting mistakes.

Young has mental issues with the game..

Holy ****

we have been hearing that for 10 years now...

most of the guys are doing fine in the NFL.

have you been reading what i said, he was telling the coaches he was loving the U ice was too, the only time there was some ice hate is when we called kirkland out on his BS, and even then it was ice jr not senior, but i agree with your last part how they recruit now is a little different

many recruits we don't have a chance with say they have love for the U. but him not taking an OV here spoke louder about his feeling for the U.

**One player that has struggled to make as big of an impact as some expected when he enrolled early at Miami is LB Juwon Young. Young has all of the physical tools to be very good, but just has not yet figured out the mental side of the game. As of now, it is unlikely that he sees many snaps this season.

3* prospect with a 2* offer sheet and low 3* caliber film...the fanbase is at it again overhyping average kids before they even step on the field.

4th play of his highlight film is him standing up tall right out out of his stance and loafing in coverage, gambling and getting lucky with a strip. The rest of the film reveals nothing but technical flaws, a low motor and pedestrian defensive plays. I'll pass.

Alright, I am throwing in the towel. CSB is clearly just a troll, and we all "took the cheese", as our head football coach might say.

My reasoning is that if CSB was really as dumb as these posts he would not have been able to login to this website.
