It seems last staff wanted more than anything to be "good guys" to the players. Those con artists brainwashed these kids into thinking they were great football minds. I think that's why when Golden would throw the players under the bus they would just take it.

Not true. The previous staff was full of coaches who would scream and yell and call out players in practice. Mark D'Onofrio was a notorious yeller. Goes to show that coaching football is more than just being intense. You can scream and yell and puff your chest out all you want but if you don't know football, you're worthless.

D'onofrio knows football very well. There were a few players that didn't understand how the game works. The same can be said pretty much anywhere.

He may know football, but he didn't know what kind of football needed to be played at UM.

I just don't see it that way.

Do you see the D's stats / performance under D'onofrio? That's all that matters. He severely underperformed. Bottom line.

Can we take a moment and embrace the hilarity of Al Golden moving Njoku to LB? It's mind blowing how stupid that guy is.
Al Golden is defintely stupid but to be honest Njoku is such a freak athlete he'd probably be a nasty LB too

He is a freak athlete, but there are plenty of players that could play different positions. Njoku is going to be an NFL TE. It was ridiculous.

Redbank huh? And joined today. Mark, is that you?

I guess you're not a big believer in things like facts and statistics.

Edit: nevermind. Good effort but you should have chosen a funnier screen name.

What's dopier? Another lame schtick account like RedCrank or dudes who argue with it?

Publicity is like poison; it doesn't hurt unless you swallow it.

Whether you don't "see" it that way or not is irrelevant. The results speak for themselves. **** out here with your troll ***.

You're entitled to your opinion and lets come to an understanding that your opinion is simply that. There's no arguing with Mark's pedigree.

-Team Captain while playing at Penn State
-2nd round draft pick in the NFL
-15 years of college coaching experience beginning at UGA and moving to Rutgers, Virginia, Temple, & Miami

You may not like his scheme but to label him a person that doesn't know football is just false.

And yet has won no significant game in his entire life as a coach.
