Knowles is never going to be as good as many of us thought (the speed isn’t there), but he was still getting first team reps this spring.

He is a contributor to this team, which is more than guys like Kiy Hester can say. Hopefully, the FSU game won’t define him.

Hard to comeback from how he performed that game. He’s the main reason they scored 2 touchdowns in the 4th.

As depressing as that 2015 class was at the time, it actually turned out pretty good.

Walton was a monster, Jaquan and MJack are All-Americans, Norton and McIntosh were our best DT duo in forever, Gauthier and St. Louis are good linemen, Redwine is solid and Caged is poised to break out.

If Golden would’ve offered Reshad Fenton, our CB situation would be pretty **** good right now.

The joke's on you if you took Ariz's evaluations seriously. And this thread shows how productive HS players - yes, even South Florida kids - aren't necessarily can't miss studs when they have middling traits that cloud their projection to the next level.

Just goes to show you that even if you are as incompetent as can be like Golden you can still fall *** backwards into quality players here.

You’re going to get your studs in SFL, especially the 305. Those guys you just mentioned, I’d bet the mortgage were predisposed to be canes no matter what, even if we had ***** flinging monkeys running the show. Thank God for guys like that, that kept this program alive for the love of the U.

God things were more bleak then I thought a couple years ago .. thankful for what we have now !

Wanted this kid from his junior year on that year...No idea why they ignored him.

**** I was on drugs about Knowels, but was right about Golden not being able to recruit

To be fair, Peter was wrong on like 80% of his evaluations. I'll never forget the Ryan Mayes thread

Yeah. Once Pete started evaluating players, he was showing his ***. But, to be fair, he really just echoed what he was told by the staff or his sources.
