There are other reasons far more important, I understand that he's an easy target to make fun of, but I think it may be a bit more serious.
That's just a guess though. We had a talk about it a few years back, I hope nothing happened.

is a baller. Those are some great RB highlights. He shows great vision, balance, power, and shiftiness for a power back. Though not a speed back, also has enough speed to take it to the house. Sometimes I have no idea what some people see when they watch film. This young man would be a great addition to our offense.
Was just a play off him living in Atlanta.
Would not be shocked if we flip him. My guess is it happens.
Lopez is a nice player but he will never see the field at Miami. Too much talent ahead and behind him. I think his hype is more due to him being from Miami more than anything else. If he was in NC or Louisiana, we aren’t looking at this kid.
It's only mid October and things can change quickly but you can see the effect NIL is having on kids being locked in with their commitment regardless of record. Pre NIL if we were 5-0 with 3 top 25 wins, we'd be circling the deep water for 4 or 5 star kids to flip or gain traction with. Instead it's looking like high 3 star kids with great senior tape. Long way to go till the signing period but just feels like the new reality unless more coaches get fired.
not worried. with NIL, the true time to flip things is right before ESD. thats when the offers get upped last min and pressure heats up esp after HS season ends.
We need to do everything to get Amari Latimer. Absolute baller.
every class we've landed an ELITE/difference maker type on the DL and if we continue to play the way we are on the defensive side of the ball, there would be zero reason for that trend to stop...

Feels like they're poking around everyone's committed players to see if there is any weakness anywhere, that they have evaluated and like and see if the success is grabbing anyone attention and hoping to be a front runner, with new names popping up every so often, as opposed to long built relationships.

We need to climb in rankings. Barely ahead of UF and FSU which is just silly. Should finish top 10 at least. If we win out and hit the playoffs I’ll be disappointed if we’re not in top 5.

I dont think there are enough points left to get to top 5. I think we're at 23 commits? We would have to do a considerable amount of processing out to make that big of a jump...and we would have to land the big ones (paulz) at the same time.
Might be another season outside the top 10...which doesn't matter since we're were outside of top ten last year, but hit big on a lot of em.
