According to a post by Matt Zenitz from 247Sports, Miami is expected to host Trebor Pena, a wide receiver transfer from Syracuse that Miami showed interest in last week.
Pena is actually making multiple visits this week, as he is also expected to visit USC and UCLA, in addition to the Hurricanes, according to Matt.
Pena had an outstanding season in 2024, racking up a career best with 84 receptions, 941 receiving yards, and nine touchdowns.
As a redshirt senior, he played in 41 games throughout his career, starting in 14 of them. He has recorded 109 receptions for over 1,200 yards and scored 10 touchdowns. He also has carried the ball 15 times, gaining 97 yards and scoring one touchdown.
After graduating from high school in Oakhurst, NJ, he was rated as a three-star recruit, ranking as the 90th athlete in the nation and the 31st player from New Jersey.
