He is no more of an outlier than Herbert Scroggins or Malik Bryant or Booker Pickett.
Malik Bryant was a LB tweener and Booker Pickett was tall and lengthy with crazy twitch. I would consider scroggins a bit of an outlier as well.

sacks translate. REMEMBER I SAY THAT. 25 INT HE LAST 2 YEARS WITH ANOTHER YEAR TO GO.

HE PLAYS AT VENICE. THATS A GOOD TO GREAT PROGRAM AND A TEAM IN FLORIDA YOU REALLY DONT WANT TO SEE. THEY PLAY A REALLY GOOD SCHEDULE YEARLY. MATTER OF FACT HE HAS ONE OF OUR OL COMMITS ON HIS HIGHLIGHT TAPE LOL

This is a great pick up and i wanted back in at Venice.

I'll trust the evals because what else can I do, but it is hard to get excited about a sub 6'2' edge player.

How many of those become All-Americans?
Has size, can bend around the edge, was productive in a competitive hs classification, and comes from a school that consistently produces P5 talent so likely is coached well and won't come to us with bad habits.

How many players overall ever become All-Americans? That's an impossible standard for whether a guy should be part of a 25-30 man recruiting class. You'd be miserable even as a Ohio St fan with that mindset

And "sub 6'2" is from where? He's a full 6'2" on most sites and the Rivals national writer who saw him at camp in April says he's 6'3"

Is Venice the reason the traditional powers in Sarasota and Bradenton (Southeast, Manatee, Riverview) fell off?
