On Saturday afternoon, Notre Dame was hosting the Rice Owls when their student section decided to chant "F*** Miami," which echoed throughout the stadium. It's one of the most historic rivalries in college football, so of course it's going to get talk about all season long. However, this is just firing up the Hurricanes fans and players.

You maybe asking "why are they so mad?," Well, let me break it down for you: Last season, Miami routed the Fighting Irish inside Hard Rock Stadium, 27-24. At the end of the season to get into the College Football Playoffs, the committee had to decided on the Hurricanes or the Irish. Ultimately, the committee picked the Hurricanes and now it lives rent-free in their fanbase.

Miami will travel to South Bend this season on November 7th. We can only expect to hear more of these chants as the game gets closer. The Hurricanes are currently 2-0 on the season, defeating Stanford and FAMU. On the other hand, Notre Dame also sits at 2-0, downing Wisconsin and Rice.

You know what's great about that chant? Absolutely nothing. It technically disrespects their school as a whole, which the chant already is not very Catholic of them to say.

Show some class Notre Dame. We will see you all on November 7th.
