Yea he was epic epic over then vs hogan/nwo.
One of the last wrestling shows I remember going to was that era. Lights went out and he came down from the rafters and knocked them all out with his bat

Electric

His second act as The Crow vibe was also ******* awesome
Yeah, like Hogan turning heel, Sting turning to Crow Sting helped rejuvenate his character. Fans were getting kind of bored with him. I mean Hogan going to WCW probably had a lot to do with that. But he won the title as crow Sting and then later after he joined NWO Wolfpack.

In 2022 I had Duke fans park beside us at the tailgate and we got along pretty well and they were actually pretty cool. Got their numbers and followed eachother on facebook and all that.... and they were going to hook us up with tickets/tailgate/etc. for the next time we played at Duke (we have yet to return to Durham since then). I got drunk and talked so much **** and told them we were going to whip their ***. We ended up getting blown out and had like 8 turnovers. Jake Garcia legacy game. After the game I sat on the tailgate in embarrassment and they just laughed their *** off. We got some revenge in 2024 but neither of us made it to that game and didn't talk much about it.

They told me a few weeks ago, before this ever happened that they were going to the game in 2026 and wished us luck in the championship right after we beat Ole Miss.

I need this revenge so bad. I want something like 56-0. I wasn't even really sure that you could embarrass a Duke fan as bad as they've been.... Maybe stealing their QB, WR, and clowning them with the HC we fired is the only way.

for promo skills, Hart doesn’t get as much credit as he should. Yet I think he has the single most iconic line ever and it transcended wrestling:

“The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be"
Yeah, he was underrated on the mic. The problem with Bret was that he wasn't ever a great drawer at the gate. He was definitely treated as the top guy in WWF after the steroid era, but when Shawn Michaels started the attitude era, Hart was good as gone from the WWF.

Top greatest wrestlers all time

the rubric: career length, in-ring ability, promo skills, draw,

1. Ric Flair
2. Shawn Michaels
3. Hulk Hogan (note: his career length, promo skills, and draw overcompensate for his lack of in-ring ability in a major way)
4. Stone Cold Steve Austin
5. Sting
6. Bret Hart
7. HHH
8. John Cena
9. The Rock
10. Randy Savage
Um, excuse me!!! Where's Bobo Brazil and Dusty Rhodes???????
