Would not have mattered. Ole Miss was going to jump ahead of us even if we'd won that game 100-0, and no one ranked ahead of us lost.

The Media loves them..beating one of the worst teams in the country by 17 was "gutsy"
All told, I’m not surprised. Various refrains in the past have been, “Beat the teams you’re supposed to”, “Win and they’ll come”, so on and so forth. I guess the new one is play like you’re supposed to (or they’ll drop you faster than a dime).
Do not really agree with new rankings but hopefully it serves as a motivator for players and staff. Get healthier and fix this interior OL and we will be fine wherever they rank us.
