He’s a football player. Aggressive and can tackle. Can play either db or lb but cause of numbers will be a safety here imo.

Mario I thought said safety and you may be right, but he looks like a linebacker to me and many. Honestly with this scheme, the rover is like a backer safety so there’s that. I just think with that frame he’s gonna end up a monster

ST26 was a safety in a linebacker's body. I'm not saying he is the second coming, just saying that one particular hit, where he smoked the statue QB trying to run, and the desire to punish the ball carrier remind me of how 26 played.

He means short area quickness.. which still makes him fast. Because he plays fast. But we don’t know how fast (straight line long speed) he has because the highlights did not show it. But short area quickness, that boy got that covered.

I officiate HS football in central VA right where this school is. My association covers their Home games but as far as I can tell they aren't sanctioned by the VHSL. they don't play any of the area High Schools because of this. I know the team has some talented players, all their games are against out of the area teams. I'm pretty sure they traveled to Miami this past team and played Miami international Academy. Ha, just went back and looked at my schedule, originally this team from Miami was supposed to come to Richmond on September 9 but it was cancelled. I was gonna be the white hat. I am almost positive they wound up going to Miami later in the season to play.

They don't play any of the local schools, I have never looked into it but they aren't sanctioned by the VHSL. They don't even have a home field. They will play at Virginia Union, Dinwiddie sports complex or anywhere they can basically. A lot of their games get canceled. Dinwiddie High School is also really good, just won another state title
I already talked about his short area burst in my first post so I agree he possesses that but he possesses in context of his position. In terms of your overall point, speed is not quickness. They are different. Joseph Yearby had quickness but lacked speed. Kid is a good looking prospect and it’s always good to grab a defender covered by Veneables

True, but again, we just have not had a chance to see his speed at work. But he don’t need that in his game for real for real.. Troy P and honey badger are not the fastest but they did well cause of IQ and quickness in a similar in the box situation
