Worst case scenario Jobe waits till February giving our staff hope that he sticks and then he leaves last minute and we miss out on Samuel Jr as well. Then what if for some reason Tyson doesn’t choose us we would’ve missed out on Tyson, Asante and Josh that would be brutal. We can’t let Jobe dictate us he’s definitely not somebody to trust.

For some reason we always have a flaky *** recruit and Jobe is it this cycle, our visits will mean not a **** thing and he will sign with bama. He will say it was tough and it was hard but his mind is made up hes just trying to calm the whole **** down.

u take both, the staff arent fans they have jobs they would take both there not retarded. Absolutely stupid move by the coaches. Jobe is a dime a dozen db in Florida this year. Literally 20 kids that could end up as good or better ffs. Dude is a 5'11 179lb cb/s and the coaches are treating him like the next Sean Taylor.

Lock down Asante and Keidron to finish the db class, tell jobe to kick rocks, and laugh our asses off when we're dominating in 2019 and jobe is rotting away.

I read this as Jobe being unwilling/unable to look Miami’s coaches in the eye and tell them he’s going to Bama. It’s a cowardly way of stringing them on just a little bit longer until he can get to Alabama this weekend, get him some white girl strange, collect some dough and find out how the drop system works, and get his ultimatums from Saban. I could be wrong, maybe he just wants to have his fun at Bama and then crawl back into bed with Miami, wreeking of booze and cigarettes and covered in glitter and crabs... But I don’t see it. There’s no way he visits Bama this weekend and doesn’t sign with them on the 20th.

That sentence right there just took my level of hope for getting Jobe from a weak 5% down to about 0.01%.

If this kid was elite and playing us I would be all for playing the game if it gives us a chance to land him.

If this kid was a legit jeudy, cooper, freeman, cook etc. The problem is IMO HES NOT.

His highlights are ok and he looks like a guy who makes big hits but then will miss easy tackles.

If he hasn't figured out how to be a beast now he never will. Hes like zach mccloud at corner imo all the talent just wont ever execute.

Usually these studs like jeudy cooper pope richards etc will be a 4 star or so their junior year

Then when people start realizing how good they are they ball in their senior year and they become high 4 stars/5 stars

Jobe has like a one minute senior highlight tape and has gotten worse.

If u want to see an example of a stud from sofla look at pope he has balled with an attitude and if jobe and pope switched places I would be all for going after him.

Simply put, if they didn't think he was worth the effort, they wouldn't be putting in this kind of effort.

We're going head to head with Bama. It isn't some other program, just the best in the land the last decade. He is rightly exploring his options.

We'll see what happens, but ultimately the choice is his. Sign with the team that's trying to rise to Bama's level or go with the heavyweight. Tough call unless you've been a die-hard fan all your life.

I side on this as well. Enough is enough. Go put the absolute full court press on the 3 you mentioned. Landing two of those 3 more than makes up for telling Jobe to kick rocks. Landing all 3 and we're laughing!
