Diaz, Banda, and Rumph scheduled to meet with Jobe Thursday

Manny Diaz, Mike Rumph, and Ephraim Banda will fly up to Connecticut on Thursday to meet with Miami commit Josh Jobe prior to his Alabama visit this weekend.

This is the second time that Miami coaches have seen Jobe in the last week. Coach Banda spent nearly the entire day with Jobe last Friday. Mark Richt has still not used his in-home visit with Jobe, which I am told is because UM would like to get the very last crack at recruiting him if possible.

Jobe has indicated to Miami that there is a chance he even waits until February to sign between Bama and UM, which would make Richt’s in-home even more valuable.

Allowing Jobe to drag this out and delay his inevitable flip to Bama until NSD would be foolish. Allowing this s***show to continue just invites a UM hat getting set on fire on national TV in February.

The staff's time and resources should be devoted to Campbell/Surtain/Samuel at DB, not this circus recruitment with a conclusion that's been seen coming from a mile away.

Im taking this as the staff wanting Jobe to tell them to their face hes a flip so they can go seal the Deal with Samuel or Surtain letting them know they dont have jobe in the bag and his spot is theirs if they want it
