Diaz, Banda, and Rumph scheduled to meet with Jobe Thursday

Manny Diaz, Mike Rumph, and Ephraim Banda will fly up to Connecticut on Thursday to meet with Miami commit Josh Jobe prior to his Alabama visit this weekend.

This is the second time that Miami coaches have seen Jobe in the last week. Coach Banda spent nearly the entire day with Jobe last Friday. Mark Richt has still not used his in-home visit with Jobe, which I am told is because UM would like to get the very last crack at recruiting him if possible.

Jobe has indicated to Miami that there is a chance he even waits until February to sign between Bama and UM, which would make Richt’s in-home even more valuable.

It’s a loss but in the grand scheme of things our class is still elite without him which is means great things are still happening at the U. Out of the 6 decommitments in this class only 3 were 4 star. Blades recommitted, sitkowski got dropped and jobe flipped. It wasn’t too long ago where we were getting a bunch of decommitments in every class

Sorry, I don't consider this a decommitment. I never considered him part of this class.

I remember when he did that podcast with Pete. Mentioned someone who always had their recruitment questioned and that the kid was still solid in his commitment. Other than Frierson, it had to be Jobe.

Duasso is just another adult leaching off impressionable kids. Why are people congratulating a kid who was supposedly committed? People can’t expect recruiting to change unless the handlers and mentors change. Jobe was bought and a few folks received kickbacks

Tbh when I saw that I knew we lost Jobe. It looked more like a "remember who you said you looked up to before you pick Alabama" type of tweet, and not we locked up Jobe kind of tweet.
