Four-star safety Miami target Tyriq Green has set his commitment date for this weekend, with three schools in mind that he is choosing from.

Green is set to make his decision on Saturday. The three schools that he will be choosing from are Georgia, Miami, and the Auburn Tigers, with a crystal ball on Georgia according to 247Sports.

Tyriq Green is a 5-foot-10, 191-pound athlete from Buford, Georgia, who has taken official visits to each of his top three schools, including a trip to Miami on June 6th. Georgia hosted him for his final visit on June 13th.

Miami has yet to secure a commitment from a safety in its 2026 class. If the Hurricanes can flip Green away from Georgia, he would become the first safety pledge in the class.

Green is ranked as the No. 10 athlete in the nation and the No. 151 overall prospect in the 247Sports Composite rankings.

Up the bag to somehow land both safeties if possible. Only took one last year

Soon to be followed by Gaby saying ‘Miami fought hard, etc.’

As long as offers are ballpark… These kids are all staying SEC

They will at a discount. My guess is getting away at 75-85% of what we offer (obviously they'll break the bank for the DT, WR, QB, maybe no brainer LT) I may be wrong.

And that's not a defense for CMC if you are judging by top 7-8 team and playoffs, because we aren't there (I do believe we will now be a yearly top 20 team with an occasional run at better)… He has in the headed right direction, but if that's your goal at the moment (I get it) then enjoy his improvements and bring someone else in. But I'm just not sure we can get any higher if we are going to recruit the same exact kids as Georgia, LSU, Texas…You are basically going to get 1 out of 3 or 4 from so fla…and 1 of out say 10-11 from Georgia/Bama/LA/Tex . As much as the kids are mercenaries, can't argue with them for wanting to play in showdowns between LSU/Bama/Tamu/Ga/Tex

The last month taught us that…The visitor list we had lined up coming and the names that are "sources" thought we were in the game for was just insane.

Pretty much no one besides us die hard team fans gives a **** about our "showdowns" with 2-10 rival, Lou, GT, etc. Then again a second straight 10 win season with making ACC ship, maybe will sway another kid or two a year, who knows.
