Hayes Fawcett of On3 on Twitter announced that Justice narrowed his list to just the Hurricanes, Texas, Ohio State, Florida, and Georgia.
Fitzpatrick plays for St. Thomas Aquinas in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and he has received 43 total scholarship offers.
He is 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 185 pounds, and is the No. 47 overall player and the No. 3 cornerback in the nation according to the 247Sports rankings. He is also ranked as the No. 5 prospect in Florida.
Justice is the brother of Minkah Fitzpatrick, a two-time All-American defensive back at Alabama under former head coach Nick Saban.
Justice is set to take a visit to Coral Gables this week, according to 247Sports. Fitzpatrick recorded 34 tackles, seven pass deflections, and two interceptions during his junior year last season.
