Four-star recruit Justice Fitzpatrick from Florida has narrowed his list to five schools, including the Hurricanes.

Hayes Fawcett of On3 on Twitter announced that Justice narrowed his list to just the Hurricanes, Texas, Ohio State, Florida, and Georgia.

Fitzpatrick plays for St. Thomas Aquinas in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and he has received 43 total scholarship offers.

He is 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 185 pounds, and is the No. 47 overall player and the No. 3 cornerback in the nation according to the 247Sports rankings. He is also ranked as the No. 5 prospect in Florida.

Justice is the brother of Minkah Fitzpatrick, a two-time All-American defensive back at Alabama under former head coach Nick Saban.

Justice is set to take a visit to Coral Gables this week, according to 247Sports. Fitzpatrick recorded 34 tackles, seven pass deflections, and two interceptions during his junior year last season.

Check out some of his film from this past season at St. Thomas Aquinas as he played a key role in guiding them to a Florida 5A championship.

What happens with this kid? Did he just never like us or did we have some guys higher on our board (which I doubt)?

Really like him as a prospect but frankly I'm surprised to even sniff his top 5. I thought he had zero interest in Miami. Still I would be thrilled to add him to this class.

Previous quotes from him

“Me and my parents, we’ve been close with Coach Cristobal for a while”

Justice says he still remembers meeting Mario over a decade ago when his brother was being recruited

“A big part for me and my family is always the head coach, and we know Coach Cristobal is a great dude. He has been a big part of my recruitment, which isn’t always a normal thing for most head coaches. He’s made it clear that he wants me there and feels like he kind of needs me there.”

Things are moving and changing quickly, but he is supposed to take his OV at Miami Thursday. The only recruit visiting Thursday. I would prefer it be 2 days, but he knows Miami. He doesn't need the bells and whistles the out of town recruits get.

This is far from a slam dunk for us. With Mario and our new secondary staff, we have a chance but kid is also exploring other options. Going to be very interesting to see what happens.
