Commitment is good but we need results
We haven’t signed a big fish yet
No shemar
No Connelly
Missed on a lot of big time transfers
We still haven’t closed on any potential program changing recruit yet

Moss
Wesley
Skinner
Citizen

Those guys were Top 150 recruits…

As far as transfers who knows how they’ll pan out? According to recruiting experts we had the better transfer portal class out of fsu and Florida…

Mario’s only been here since Dec 8th… I mean look at where we were and where we are now. I’d say we’re moving in the right direction

I personally thought signing Nyjalik, Wesley, Citizen, and flipping Skinner from Bama were big gets. But a little more splash is always nice. I expect things to heat up soon.

Your very pessimistic about a lot of things lately. You ok? It ain’t the end of the world if we don’t get this kid.
I'd be disappointed if we didn't get him or that Washington 5 star LT, but at the end of the day it's been 20 years since we've been in these conversations so I can't be too mad.

"There are more and expect an exodus of 10+ players post-spring."

The purge. They could be good kids..doesn't mean they belong at Miami.

Even if we don't have replacements/upgrades for all of them, I hope and expect Mario to encourage these guys that can't help the program to move onto somewhere where they can make an impact. Mario knows the standard and will have the tough conversations to uphold the standard.

He’d move the needle but he wouldn’t set the tone…. Landing recruits this cycle like some of the big 5 stars were after right now.
I'm not trying to overstate how big of an impact he would be because we would be fine without him.

But Mims makes a bigger impact immediately than any 5* this cycle. And he's making an impact for the next 2 seasons which are crucial for Mario's momentum.

He has a full extra year of strength/conditioning/coaching at a top 3 program nationally than any '22 kid and will be gone before 90% of the '23 kids make any contribution.

The WR yes, the Safety/Striker haven’t even heard his name.

I think Harrell gets Pt/special teams.

Washing is depth and has the frame so I doubt he leaves.

Walker can’t afford to leave. He needs to structure, school and support of the program.

Flagg is in the 2 deep so doubt him.

10 sounds like a high number. Maybe 6
