Luckily we are, reportedly, the big dawg in bag game. If this kid is earnestly looking for a good offense, I like us against the aforementioned schools.

Side note. Those are two sentences I never expected to type on this site.

Big dog?

I'm not sure I'd say that. Those schools can all ante up

One of the wildest takes yet.

One has nothing to do with the other.
Not so my friend and we can save the money for others that we need more. Vance is a **** of a player and my take is the smart one. You have a nice day!

I would pass on Tristen Keys and focus on Vance Stafford. That kid is fast, good hands, and many moves that would drive a CB crazy. Needless to say much less money too.
Why can they focus on both?

Blah Blah Blah…..

I can already see people set themselves up just like Jeremiah Smith and forgetting he is committed to a school and cry it was a loss later.

Keys is committed to LSU and upping the bag.

People forget Jeremiah had been committed to Taint since his 10th grade year and we was trying to flip him.

Same here. I don’t call a flip a loss but that’s just me.

Yeah, and people read way too much into this player version of "coach-speak" and all the post-visit platitudes you get in an interview like this where he's talking to a site that are fans of the school he just visited. Of course it's gonna be a biased and positive report.

At the end of the day it's a kid from Mississippi who grew up in the south and around SEC country—and is he willing to leave that environment; small town football here in college town, playing in front of packed SEC fanbases weekly—to come down to HardRock for a few good home games a year, four dogs and a few ACC road trips, while nowhere near that big fish in a little pond as Hurricanes football will forever compete with the Dolphins, Panthers, Heat, Marlins, South Beach, a crazy nightlife, influencer culture, celebrity, big money everywhere, etc.

The city and school ain't for everyone.

A shame that a Jeremiah Smith "got away" as a local kid as he'd have been a Cane if Miami was in better shape at the time, but a top receiver from Hattiesburg, Mississippi deciding to buck the trend and bail the SEC for Coral Gables (when already an LSU commit) ... that is a tough pull and certainly isn't a "loss" if Cristobal can't flip him.

I understand that each recruitment is different, but this one "feels" like more of a show than a real possibility. He is very publicly visiting top bag $chools. LSU will pay him, his family is all LSU and he felt enough to publicly commit to them...........

...............still fingers crossed. I hope JoJo explodes this year!
