You can fire ONLY one coordinator & two position coaches:

Enos and Baker both go and the new assistants can bring in who they want.

Enos
Stubblefield
Barry

As worthless as the defensive coaches are, if we could get an offense that finds itself ranked in say...the Top 50 of the nation...we'd be just fine with the Manny Diaz defense.

Until we played a top team, whereupon we’d get raped.

Nothing worse than acting like you are a great defense when you sack Dukes QB five times and then give up 21 straight points on 13/13 passes to Clemson.

but but but Manny reminds me of Tony Montana and that excites me! who cares if he cant coach a lick, he looks cool wearing dress shoes with no socks an a popped collar! Thats REAL miami, bro!

exactly...we need to hire dude in the shades behind tony.

You're right.

But 10-2 wouldn't be so bad...considering.

The only guys who deserve to stay are field hickson and stroud. That is it. Bad times here man. And what’s funny is we were crapping on stroud on here saying he was trash

Lol. Field has down what? He shouldn’t of even been considered for an on field position.

Stroud. Is he decent? Yes. Can we upgrade? Yes EASILY!!

Hickson seems decent. I don’t really have a bone to pick with him, but honestly if we didn’t land Knighton losing out on Parish would of been bad.

I’d keep maybe 1-2 guys from this staff. Most have no business being here. I implore you to look at respective schools staff roster in our conference. We by far have the worse coaching talent and it not particularly close.

Your name truly does fit

We hired the WR coach from Air Force. A team that almost never passes.

It’s probably the weirdest assistant hiring at Miami since Coker hired a pilot to be his WR coach. There are some odd common themes there, with both being WR coaches, one guy being a pilot and the other guy being at a pilot training school.
