Yikes manny throwing shade. (Siap)

Be the head coach for fvcks sake, Manny. YOU demand greatness from the players. YOU put the rules in place that they must follow at all times. YOU maintain a quality staff that will always have the kids prepared to win. YOU keep the players motivated and inspired.

You will never have a locker room of only natural born leaders who wake up everyday wanting to be great. So you have to demand the excellence that must be met. The leaders will own it and the followers will follow their lead. And those who don't/can't/won't meet your expectations, either push them out or see to it that they want to leave.

Be the head coach, Manny.
It boils down to the fact that he’s given millions of reasons (I.e., in dollars) to man the F up and manage/run this team. If he can’t figure that out then who’s the kid? He’s got one shot to make things right, with the players, with the fans, with the **** record of wins and losses. That means ridding the team of these so called cancers. Push the team to their limits and demand excellence from them. But as you harp on them for that, the HC demands also excellence from you, and every cronie you hired that still remains. If you need to go to 50 motivational and leadership seminars, do it. We’d all appreciate it more than a keg party at FSU’s expense. It’s time to grow up, man up, and run this team to be the excellence we demand of you as Head Coach of our Miami Hurricanes. Our, not yours.

Throwing people under the bus...

after you incompetently crashed it into a ditch is weak sauce.

I don't give a **** how bad the work ethic of the QBs was, Manny hired the offensive staff.

The stuff he’s saying about our qb and wr room

I thought we told diaz to stop talking, so in case he didnt here us the 1st time, manny, we gone need you to STFU and stop talking like you are some proven headcoach. At least butch barry, no matter what people said about em, he worked in silence prior to the sack display the o-line put on this year and definitely after. He didnt come out talking, blaming the young players or making excuses, just worked like a true pro and let it be what it was gone be, you diaz neec to be the last person talking bout "work ethic" when you naming jw15 as your starter, giving transfer threat, practice skipping crybabies playing time galore, than turn around and start talking about "work ethic" STFU and stop fostering that weak ****.

I dont want to hear nothing about this newly signed crop coming from diaz who's not certified to certify anybody or this team verbally. This the same **** that kept telling those who chose to listen pregames of how "this was our best practice all year" than tbe team comes out and scores 17 points against Central Michigan or outright lose the game. So whoever coach diaz tries to annoint prior to, mmeans nothing:

Exhibit A:

During an appearance on the Golic and Wingo Show on ESPN on Tuesday morning, Miami Hurricanes head coach Manny Diaz stated that Ohio State transfer quarterback Tate Martell has changed the culture of the QB room.

Exhibit B:

Tate Martell, in addition to what he can do on the field with his athleticism and his ability to to make plays with his arm and his feet, we looked at Tate as a gym rat, he’s an excellent X’s and O’s guy, he’s a guy that loves the game and he’s always in his playbook.

We thought he would help change the culture in our quarterback room.

On January 1st we weren’t sure we had a quarterback on our campus we thought we had talented guys like N’Kosi Perry and Jarren Williams were very talented but we just felt like that room lacked the maturity level to really lead a program like the University of Miami.”

And now this---Exhibit C:

“Everyone knows Miami has been stuck in the mud trying to get going offensively with consistency at quarterback play,” Diaz told WQAM’s Joe Zagacki and Don Bailey Jr. “Tyler Van Dyke checks all the boxes in terms of we know what he can do with his arm talent, but especially off the field, his intelligence, football IQ, work ethic, acumen.

“First guy in the building, last guy to leave, all the things you want in that room,... which we feel the culture of our quarterback room has been needing. Getting him into that competition in the spring is exciting.”
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

The stuff he’s saying about our qb and wr room means nothing coming from his trap, we'll see for ourselves, again coach diaz, if butch barry thought anything at UM, its how to STFU, coach and do your job, the proof will be in the pudding!

Lmao.

@Calvin just put Manure in the dirt.

What's incredible to me is that even though Manure is a terribly transparent con man, he still has a lot of members of this fanbase believing him even though he tried this same hustle only 12 months ago with Tate.

If Manure was capable of even staying around for 4 years, we'd hear how TVD was phoning it in and unnamed true freshman coming in was a gym rat. The cycle never ends.

We have brainstems out there who truly believe he should be demoted back to DC if they hire a new HC. Like I said previously Rick’s worst mistake was hiring this guy as it would be impossible to get rid of him. How this program would look today if Rick’s first choice Aranda would have taken the job we will never know.

They also make the same dopey excuses for this program year after year. “They can’t afford a top tier HC” or “You can’t fire a coach after 1 year”. These are all excuses losers make because of their undying love for Manolo.

Crazy they pick at the players and it's ok on CIS but dare u say anything about the staff and your a mope. But the leader of men is complaining and brought in Tate and I'm sure he said it's a great QB room before the season.

I'm ok with ripping players or staph either or. This leader though is all over the fuqin place pointing fingers.

I've never seen anything like this. Manny's dad's a politician, so you know he learned how to use the media to his benefit.

I wonder if the players will have to run steps while playing footage of losing to Duke...again. That sure worked.

just boot the fanbase and the QBs from the team. easy fix. none of the 3 QBs deserve a spot

you really cant fire a coach after 1 year esp when youre not a draw for the elite HC candidates. no one would give up their stability to join UM and get only a year.

So if Manny calls out bad performance, he's throwing shade and if tries to handle it internally he's an impotent cuck.

If there's a lack of discipline, motivation, and work ethic and he calls it out, isn't that trying to solve the problem?

*Sigh* if there is a cancer, you remove it before it destroys everything. That's how you "solve the problem" not doing all this rah rah to the media to try and save face because you are incompetent.

Exactly. Manny's trying to save face and make excuses on how the toxic culture (that he's been around 3 years prior) ruined this past season. If the culture was so bad, you shouldn't have been riding around on yachts and you should've removed the problem; not allow them to come back and further infect the team.
