Can we at least wait until next year before we banish yet another coaching staff into the abyss? Some thoughts to ponder:

- Kiffin went 5-5 his first year at Ole Miss before they went 10-3 last year
- Heupel went 7-6 at Tennessee last year in year 1
- It took Chip Kelly 4 years to have a winning season at UCLA

I understand we've been irrelevant for two decades and our fanbase is mostly delusional, but anyone with two eyes and an ounce of sanity knew that this was a total rebuild that Mario was stepping into.

Oh lawd how quickly we went from all the greentree koolaid and hype to just waiting for year two lmao. It’s been a brutal start to what looked like a promising tenure on paper, and hopefully like JJ Mario has an epiphany in the off season and finds what identity he actually wants this team to have, because I don’t see any. Tough physical blah blah blah. It’s football those should be a given.

We need a modern offense period, and serious results quick (1-2 more years). No that doesn’t mean a play off birth for all you strawmanning sunshine pumpers on here. That means beating the living **** out of teams like MTSU and winning against a team like UNC when you hold them to their least amount of points all season. It means, at *bare minimum*, not looking like an embarrassment of a program on the field week in and week out.
