Agree with everything you said but I absolutely think he’s the best WR we have and I don’t mean that as shade against our other guys. I just really think that much of X. Maybe I’m crazy

Exactly. This criticism of the offense isn't hate towards X. It's an indictment on the general state of WR recruiting over the last few years.

Of course the kid is a straight baller! Everyone knows and understands that. I would take X on my offense any day of the week and twice on Saturdays.

You know **** well what the **** I mean. And no, I am not talking criticism.

People have been ****ting on him and him specifically when it should have been pointed elsewhere. I am not construing the offense’s hate for X. I am speaking specifically for the vitriol I have seen pointed towards him and him alone.

You can disagree all you want but the fact is that X is not hated by this fanbase and your attempts to paint it as such are ridiculous. Show me examples of all this enraged hatred. Show me please! Show me how much this board and this fanbase hates Xavier Restrepo. You are exaggerating and taking the criticisms of the offense and the inability of this program to recruit and develop a true #1WR and twisting it into some goofy narrative that Restrepo is hated and he gets hate. Does anyone even realize what the definition of the word is? You know who has gotten plenty of hate on this board? Mario Cristobal has gotten plenty of hate on this site. That is hatred. In terms of players who were hated I would have to say that DJ Ivey caught a lot of criticism that could be viewed as hate just like Kacey Rogers and AJ Highsmith. James Williams took a lot of heat his sophomore year and I wouldn't even interpret that as hatred just criticism. TVD gets much more hate if we are being serious about this.

You know what? Your right! I don't know what I was thinking! Yes there is so much hate! So much vitriol! There are probably fans right now who are attempting to take a dump on Xavier at this very instant! We need to call the Behavior Analysis Unit at the FBI to come in and take a look at this very serious problem. We may have several serial Restrepo haters lurking around looking to defecate on Mr. Restrepo. Call in the National Guard! This is a State of Emergency!

Look man. If I misread you then hey my bad. Wasn't trying to put words in your mouth. Let's just let this go and have a great weekend . Again if I misinterpreted your intent then my bad and it's all good. I can be very argumentative, I'll give you that lol. Arguments can be productive sometimes but in this case not so much as we were both very dug in. I just didn't see it the same way you seem to but it is what it is. Cheers!
