Wyche Decommited

If you are eligible by NCAA rules and you are refused admittance by the school you signed with, the NLOI is null and void. That would make you a free agent again and you can sign with anyone.

The questions I would have is (1) is he still enrolled at the same JC and (2) if not, would he be eligible to enroll here in May (I do not know the ACC rule)..

But how long do they have to admit you? Do they have to admit you immidiately, or can it be for the fall semester? In other words, just because he couldnt get in for Spring, does that make the LOI void, or can it last until Fall and if he's not admitted then, the LOI becomes void.

Why is everyone freaking out? The "ink isn't dry" on the kid's tweet and everyone already is concluding the worst. He wasn't going to be here until May anyway. Give the thing a chance to work itself out. Maybe he shows up in May anyway and all of the hysterics are for nothing. We'll know soon enough whether or not this turns out to be a problem.

Maybe because there has been no one in the history of modern-era Miami football besides Al Golden who has failed this hard at recruiting DTs

Not to mention the excellent historical track record of kid's decommiting from a particular school and eventually ending up there.

What about the history of kids decommitting from one school before signing day only to be replaced by another kid? We just don't know what's going on yet. This definitely may be a major fail and I'll join in jumping on it if that turns out to be the case. I just think everyone's jumping the gun a bit here.

Oh I know that history...and it always involves either a 2 star from Jersey or a hail mary that has no hope of qualifying.

And if that turns out to be the case, then this is a major fail. But, we don't know that yet. What if it were TV or another kid we covet more? Signing Day is around the corner and we don't know what things are moving behind the scenes. Letting it play out is reasonable. But, that might be asking too much here, given the itchy trigger fingers on here.

NT-Moore, King, Jenkins

3Tech-Pierre, Heurtelou, Hamilton

Holy **** I just threw up.
Someone give me our 2 deep on the defensive line as it stands right now, with both current players and current commits.

In a 3-4 or a 4-3?

I think we have bodies for a 4-3.

Huertelou/Moore/Kamalu or Chick
Hamilton/Moten/Jenkins/King

3-4 is where we are going to be hurting.
vomit

Forgot Pierre.

Nah, if we run a 4-3, I think we will be ok. Between Kamalu, Pierre, Hamilton, Moore, and Huretelou, we HAVE to be able to field at least a f8ckign SERVICABLE DT rotation. It may not be great, but it should be able to hold its own.

If these guys insist on running a 3-4 with those cats then we got some issues.

this paired with the loss of Valentine equals a disaster DT class 4 years in a row WOW

Would hardly call it a disaster. Definitely a disappointment.

Our DT recruiting has been a disaster.

This particular class still has Moten (stud), Jenkins (supposed stud) and Heurtelou (soild). Not a disaster. The previous three years...THOSE are disasters.

Honestly this is becoming laughable at this point.

Cowboy, your right... These guys would ***** about a beautiful sunny day after a devastating flood!

Time to go to a 4-3 with Pierre/Chick at DT and McCord/AQM at DE.

Yep. HAVE to. Nothing else makes sense. We can field a serviable DL in a 4-3 with what we have, but 3-4 isnt going to work. We have no NT. Moore is a huge question mark, and Jenkins is a Frosh.

If we run this 3-4 next year that requires grown ******* men to be effective we're gonna get god**** steamrolled.
