If he cant get into Miami or any ACC school, how is he going to get admitted to UCLA?

He played JUCo in Cali, maybe UCLA will accept his credits over there, since it's a Cali curriculum??

What is the actual rule?

In the ACC, Juco prospects must have spent a prerequisite amount of semesters at said Juco to be admitted into school. Wyche doesn't fit the minimum, which is why he would have had to wait until May.
