WR's Coach Candidates

I guess I can see us having more options after because other schools want to lock in their recruits before they leave. Kinda shady but seems to be the way it goes

Why wait till after signing day when there's nobody that's going to be signing left in 2020

They are just about done anyway, 1 or possibly 2 spots left. Thats it.
WR is already completely full, no need to recruit the position for 2020.
Cooney gets to be on the road and fill the open coaches position until someone is hired. By all accounts he is a good recruiter so we are at full strength there. (and he is fits the WR coaching role)

Really no reason at all to rush

People think because he got picked up by PSU that it's some sort of win, without realizing Franklin rifles through WR's coaches every year at Penn St. His WR's coach before Stubbs got hired at West Va that's why he went & picked up Stubbs to stem the tide in case Seider bolts on him.

He'll be outta there too once Franklin figures out he's got no traction down in his recruiting ground, these dudes on here look at everything too surface level to understand WR's coaches in college are recruiters first & technicians second. You don't get fired after a 1/2 years from every single job you have if you're really good at what you do lol.
Most people on here are football idiots. They see a hermit loser with no social skills and immediately anoint him a football scientist who coaches in a lab coat because he’s so technically proficient.

Stumblebum will be out at Ped State soon enough and on to his 14th job.
