Textbook Inside-Out release, then going up & getting it for the backshoulder fade.
He's a very good hands catcher that highpoints the ball & gets it at its apex. He doesn't really run the full route tree, it's mostly just 9's & 8's, with backshoulders in the Red Zone.
But I like his running ability, he's a big play big catch WR with wide catch radius.
I don't think he'll have a problem getting open on the next level, added weight & strength with only help with his natural ability. He excels at stacking DB's on those deep fades, didn't see too much stemming though.
But he's a good pick up IMO, between him & Ty Evans we have 2 go up & get it high upside WR's that can play Flanker or Field. Wingo is more Field to me & Evans is perfect at Flanker as an Isaiah Horton clone.
Wingo reminds me of Josh Kelly, smooth route runner with burst & ability to climb the stairs to get jump balls down the field.
