Either recruit at an elite level or develop players at an elite level. I think most of us would be fine if we had a HC that landed the the #15 class but we won 10+ games, had 10+ players get drafted into nfl each year, with 3-4 of those players being 1st rounders.

Isn’t Toure also coming off a major knee injury? I believe some of the other transfers are also coming off injuries or have injury concerns.

Brantley is a RS SR and had a season ending injury every year he’s been in college

Those 5 star kids aren't going to risk not panning out. CiCi and Bain and Scott and Blount gotta get drafted high and we gotta make the playoff if we ever want to horde 5 stars at all positions. If we keep turning 5 stars into 4th rounders and tanking to end the year we won't ever take that next step.

Actually, his reputation is he reaches out to victims of SA from his players after he is legally advised not to do it and tries to passive aggressively persuade them to drop charges. Wonder if he would do the same if it was his wife or a daughter. Then he goes out and loses every big game by coaching to lose close instead of trying to go out and win the game.

Get a better DT coach. Focus on player development. Get the 4 star DTs that schools like Michigan (and to a lesser extent, Pitt) are going after. Time to change strategies because throwing money at 5 star DTs and hoping they choose Miami isn't working.
