I'd imagine it's when binding legislation and/or rules are promulgated. Which shouldn't take too long.

I wouldn't put a date on it, but when it happens, it will close the door, and then begin the process of NCAA review of NIL deals and there will be transparency.

So it's in a LOT of "best interests" to get **** done. And then not decommit.

From what I understand, I dont think its crazy to think that some commitment dates will be pushed up
