at as a potential addition to the SEC or B1G if they had not turned around their program last year? I find it sad we stumbled so badly in 2022 and think it is imperative we have EXCEPTIONAL turn around 2023. We can't just win against the teams we are expected to beat, we need to beat our ACC rivals including fsu and NC. The only loss acceptable will be Clemson. Our future depends on this team winning NOW!

I have it from a good source that FSU is attractive to the conferences biggest their biggest donor is a hot billionaire.

Except for contractual constraints I think FSU would be off to the SEC. Good geographical match. Good match on academics because they are all pretty horrible except Vandy.

The Big10 or whatever they call themselves now actually continues to put some stock in academics. FSwho would be a strong no.

Based on geography I agree. But because of where they’re located, they don’t add much in terms of tv rights or media market. Truthfully, they are probably way less desirable to the conferences than their fans think

I hope the elevated level of FSU slurping from the past 2 weeks on this board has finally reached its peak. This is getting sad. You would thought they already won the National Title Game. One decent year when everything went their way, and now they’re back.

I get it, but it isn't like most of the SEC isn't in crappy little towns.

True, but tally is sandwiched between Alabama and auburn and Georgia and Gainesville. They bring no additional media market with them. It’s why Miami will be desired by one of the conferences.
