Agreed, the remedy won’t be specific performance because they sued UM for tortious interference of a contract, not breach of contract.Yes, and a case like this is not going to ask for specific performance (no court, not even a friendly state court, is going to force Xavier Lucas to play for Wisconsin).
So if Miami "offered a more lucrative contract" and there are damages resulting from the "tampering" with the first contract...
Lucas is not even involved in the suit.
