Gosh this guy is like jilted x-girlfriend! He's going to start sending Lucus selfies hanging out with the new Wisconsin DB! With the caption "I told him to put it anywhere".
Neither are interested in us at the moment. Not super pumped one of the two conferences that could save our *** is backing a lawsuit against us.
Not a big concern. This is the point that everyone seems to be missing and is the bigger concern rather than the lawsuit itself.
It’s not the NCAA that will decide the outcome, so we shouldn’t have to worry about getting screwed.Should be interesting. With as much time that has passed, they must think they have something. Certainly can’t expect we will get a fair shake.
It’s not a major concern. The B10 has to support a current member school in a suit against another non-conference school. Their silence would be more telling than a generic support statement. This is the point that everyone seems to be missing and is the bigger concern rather than the lawsuit itself.
They kind of have to back Wisc as the entire league was using the same boilerplate rev share contract. If it is found to be worthless than all of those signed contracts are worthless as well. This is the point that everyone seems to be missing and is the bigger concern rather than the lawsuit itself.
Also didn't the NCAA already say Lucas is eligible to play for Miami. I personally look forward to Miami's lawyers getting discover all of the times UW has tampered over the years. It’s not the NCAA that will decide the outcome, so we shouldn’t have to worry about getting screwed.

That’s what I think. I believe the suit is look for a precedence for breaking these contracts and etc.Interested in your take on the situation. Could this just be optics for something bigger the conferences are trying to push through?
Filed in State Court, but a State entity. Not sure what their procedural rules are in Wisconsin so it might be the same standard, but it won't likely be a federal suit.F.R.C.P. 12(b)(6)
