Win and we’re in

Andrew, you are an administrator and I appreciate all the work you've done for the site but sometimes I really question your intelligence .

You are certifiably insane if you don't think we get in with a win.

I posted the scenarios above (of one in which we get in). What's your thoughts?

My thought is if we win we are in. Period.

It's a nobel thought, but who is out. Do you think a 2 loss SEC Champ gets on? What about a 2 loss BIG champ?

It's complete nonsense.

Even Rick Neuheisel the most Miami hating of all the pundits just said ACC winner is in regardless.

Literally everyone is saying that except our own fanbase and it's insane.

Bama gets left out.

If we lose

1) SEC Champ - Auburn or UGA
2) Oklahoma if they win
3) Clemson if they win
4) BIG Champ - Wisconsin or Ohio State

5) Alabama

If we win and Oklahoma wins

4) Alabama

If we win and Oklahoma loses

3) Alabama
4) Miami

We need Oklahoma to lose as I don't see a 2 loss TCU team jumping us. The winner of the SEC will get in no matter what. If Clemson and Wisconsin win they will be in no matter what. I think a 2 loss Ohio State gets in ahead of us and so does a 1 loss Alabama. I sure hope I am wrong.

If we win the ACC I think we're in regardless. Both Miami and Alabaga would have one loss but we would be conference champions, which is supposed to hold weight in the committee's eyes. The only way Alabaga gets is if TCU beats Oklahoma.

They'd be the #3 finisher in the SEC.

It's insane they'd be in. They just got eliminated.

and an argument that I willing to make.

Not surprising. Youre an sec homer.

So is the playoff committee

Based on what? All those times theyve put two sec teams in there?

Alabama isnt getting in. I’ll bet my account on it. You in? You lose, dmoney bans you

My account is hard coded and can not be banned. Alabama has 1 loss and to a potential SEC Champ. See my thoughts above.
Who has bama beaten is what should you be asking? If we win out, we would have beaten 2 top ten teams and a top 20 team. Bama's best win just lost to Ole Miss.

I honestly just want to worry about winning the ACC. Everything else is just a distraction.

Just said on ESPN they could make a case for ND/OSU ahead of Miami.
2 losses and we beat the brakes off ND and they will make a case for them ahead of Miami?

The only criteria is the committee thinks you are one of top 4 schools. The narrative for 3 weeks has been that a 2 loss OSU gets in if they win. Wisconsin deserves in if they win. A SEC Champ is in regardless. Oklahoma is in if they win. (Everyone loves their QB). After Auburn crushes UGA, watch how the talk of Alabama heats up. At the end of the day the decision is between Miami and Alabama, and I just don't see them choosing us. If we are choosen than the narrative that the NCAA hates us is completely false.

They play in the SEC West, and that's all that matters.

Doesn't matter if Clemson or ND wins. If we win, we are in. Our SOS and SOR are far superior to OSU and Alabama. Plus OSU has 2 losses. Auburn will probably lose to Georgia so I see ACC champ, SEC champ, Oklahoma and either wisconsin or Alabama.

Bama’s best win came against a three-loss LSU team that couldn’t beat Troy.

Win and we’re in.

Watching the closet SEC homers embarrass themselves is great

It is what it is. Listening to high school football in Georgia, you literally hear radio guys speak of offers in terms of D1 Offers, and SEC Offers. More money is spent by SEC schools and they have better attendance. Of course the NCAA wants the SEC to shine.

Bama's resume sucks if they actually care about resume.

Miami would have 2 top 10 wins, including a win over #1 Clemson and a conference championship.
Bama would have 0 top 10 wins, no conference championship.

Should be a no brainer but its Bama.

FWIW, Clemson and Notre Dame need to win today.

Even though I think we should be in, I don't trust the committee and the SEC/Bama.
